Position Summary: 

Conduct structural NVH and durability analyses using FEA on current and new products to provide design direction and verification. The development projects, driven by external or internal customer include new developments, cost reductions, standardization. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities: 

- Create and analyze finite element models consistent with product use environment 

- Generate technical reports and present to internal and external customers 

- Verify (correlate) simulation results with testing. Demonstrate agreement of simulation with actual measurement 

- Masters his or her technical field and stay up-to-date of any new tools and  their applications  

- Act as a technical reference or internal consultant for all projects within his or her scope of responsibility and support internal/external customers 

- Work closely with business unit engineers and communicate between our organization and customer as needed 

- Respond to customer technical questions

Minimum Qualifications: 

- 2 years plus engineering work experience in related field 

- Experience with structural NVH, Durability 

- Master degree in Engineering, Mechanics or advanced 

- Experience of FEA software, such as HyperMesh/ HyperWork, MSC/NASTRAN 

- Japanese communication/negotiation skills would be plus 

- English communication is must - Knowledge of exhaust system is plus 

- Basic computer skills(MS Office, Project, PowerPoint, etc.) are must 

- Ability to work flexible hours
