本职位的主要作用：

1.  Provide financial and management accounting supports to on-going operations and business development.

  2.  Establish efficient business financial operating structure and environment, including putting in place effective control policies and procedures.

工作职责：

1. Financial and Management Accounting Supports 

    

• Proper maintenance of accounting & transaction records and ensure to complete monthly financial closing accurately and timely.

• Complete, accurate and timely reconciliation on periodical financial information reported in 用友 U8 system with that of commercial information system.

• Monthly verification of  inter-company account balances  and Clearing the balances quarterly

• Prepare monthly financial statements and consolidated financial report.

• Ensure financial operational and internal controls compliance.

• Assist Finance Manager in the preparation of Management Reports, including:

  a) Monthly insightful analysis and commentaries.

  b) Business and operational plans, budgets & forecasts.

  c) Periodical business financial analysis.

• Active participation in business development projects

2. Establish Business Financial Structure and Environment

  

• Establish financial team in supporting progressive business growths and expansion plans.

• Put in place appropriate business and financial control policies and procedures and to ensure their effective compliance.

• Ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and function.

• Lead periodical audits and co-ordinate periodical statutory filings. 

          

3. Others

  

• Prepare periodical reports as required from 3rd-parties, including Investors, Lenders and Bankers.

• Support ad hoc business financial and development projects.

 

  

本职位的技能和资格要求:

  

• Qualified accountant with at least 5 years relevant and related working experience in similar capacity.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written.

• Self-motivated, performance driven and able to work under pressure.

• Trust worthy, attention to detail, take responsibility and willingness to learn.

• Knowledge and experience in IRFS reporting requirements and familiar with relevant legislations in China.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal effectively with all level of organization, internal and external, and situations.

• Excellent PC skills, especially proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

• Experience in accounting software 用友 and systems implementation and integration projects, an added advantage.

• Experience in shipping or auditing an added advantage.
