Responsibilities and duties

·       Disassemble the car's ECU (Electronic Control Unit) and wiring harness, configuration of parameters

·       Identify electronic components, including relays, connectors, printed circuit boards, MCU, etc.

·       Lead the team participating and following up of problem solving with EE experts

·       Plan and assist in the testing of automotive electronic parts, and conduct the testing according to the standards, record the data and prepare the test report

·       Carrying our of investigations and measurement on test vehicles

·       Planning and execution of subjective and objective evaluation of EE systems

·       Clarification of technical and timing issues with customer

·       Extend technical services in Business Unit Electronics to generate Block Diagrams & Reengineering

·       Communication and coordination with diverse interface partners for problem and error analysis

·       Lead EE team to meet annual production plan

·       Other tasks assigned by direct line manager

 

Qualifications and skills

·       Bachelor degree or above in automotive electronics and electrical engineering; Have experience in project management

·       More than 5 years working experience in circuit development and design, familiar with whole vehicle circuit principle and circuit design process, able to read circuit schematic diagram

·       Familiar with electronic component type and circuit board and the related data/ principles.

·       Have experience in troubleshooting and dealing with field functional failure of complete vehicle circuits

·       Familiar with the principles, characteristics, standards and test requirements of vehicle hardware

·       Cheerful personality, strong communication and coordination skills.

·       Professional English written & oral
