· Manage the Chinese local team, overall monitor all operation spectrums.

· Follow the working process and establish objectives and track key performance indicators across the organization.

· Ensure continued improvement in all balanced scorecard indicators with emphasis on Safety, Quality, Delivery,

Productivity, Cost and 5S.

· Develop short and long term plans in alignment with the strategic plan.

· Motivate the team running with a good quality and efficiency.

Requirements

· Speaking Chinese & English fluently.

· Advanced computer skills on MS Office, tooling of planning.

· Proven working experience of on-site management and operation management.

· Preferred ability to direct and supervise oversea project.

· Preferred knowledge of automotive industry, including automotive mechanics, manufactory process and supplier 

background information.

· Education and experience –Minimum Bachelor's Engineering degree.
