Your contribution?

Major actor of the QA team, the QA Engineer focuses on the optimization of quality monitoring, focus on continuous improvement and quality methods/tools, the reduction of quality issues and enforces good habits between developments, production, QC, purchasing teams. The main missions are:

?Develop quality management system through quality KPIs monitoring

?Provide quality expertise, problem issue solving techniques and issues follow-up

?Conducting FMEA studies, monitoring control plans

?Supporting team members and production department in optimizing the First Pass Yield, and conducting defects root cause analysis

?Enforce good methods habits between engineering, production and suppliers

?Reply in a professional manner to customer complaints

?Use of quality tools and tools (CPK, 5WHY, PPAP, QC 7major tools…..),and train QC

?And the best:

?Integrate a human-sized team made up of engineers and multicultural leaders (French, Chinese, Indians, etc.)

You have ?

?Bachelor degree in quality management or engineering with quality experience

?Experience with FMEA, root cause analysis, quality statistics

?5 years’ experience in a similar position

?Written and spoken English, fluent in Chinese

?Accrued proactivity, organization, team-spirit skills, customer culture, autonomy

?Professional in injection plastic including mould field (mandatory)

?Familiar with ISO9001:2015 system and process (mandatory)

?Measurement instruments skill is priority

质量保证工程师主要体现在优化质量监控，持续提升和质量工具的运用，减少质量异常，加强与开发，生产，质量和采购部之间的协作，主要任务如下：

?Use of quality tools (CPK, 5WHY, QC 7major tools…..),and train QC

?通过关键业绩指标监控去提升质量管理系统

?运用质量专业知识，解决当前质量问题并跟踪。

?执行FMEA 和监控控制计划

?协助团队优化首次通过率，对根本原因的分析

?在与工程，生产和供应商之间运用好的方法提升协作。

?应对客户投诉有专业经验

?熟练运用质量工具（CPK, 5why,质量7大工具）并能培训QC,

整合有外国同事构成的工程师团队。

?本科学历，具有质量相关的知识并且工程背景。

?具有FMEA,原因分析，质量统计经验

?5年类似职位

?在英语方面具有熟练写说能力

?组织，主动性，独立性，团队精神，多文化融合

?要求有注塑模具，成型在内的丰富经验

?熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系和流程

?拥有量具技能优先
