Sales Manager for New Channel 新渠道销售经理

Key Responsibilities:
? With business distribution strategy to develop the franchise by supporting assigned franchisees and increasing their business and profitability by the implementation of the Business Processes, products & services offer and actions to help achieve the Sales target
? According the business strategy and franchising concept, improve the operation income of the franchising shop in assigned region, provide the on-site training and coaching for SOP, shop operation and brand development.
? Monitor the shop include the display, quality, process, SOP, brand and promotion, business performance etc. to make sure operation excellent.
? Collect the market information & feedback from franchising shop, give advice to improve the package for franchising business.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
?Management and planning of retail operation
? Negotiation and communication skill, leadership
? Retail market analysis and business planning
? Retail business financial analysis, control and management
? University degree or equivalent, prefer auto or related major
? At least 10 years working experience and 5 years in auto aftermarket franchise channel
? Nice to have retail business management and consulting experience
? Nice to have knowledge for auto aftermarket
? Can adapt to frequent business travel
