？ Setting SKU distribution standard for each channel

？ Setting price tree and margin system for each channel

？ Setting in-store execution standard for each channel

？ Building the best channel inputs and outputs model

？ Setting channel promotion calendar, execute/check/review/update  

？ Collaboration with SMM (Shopper marking) team, forming a push-pull force 

？ Looking for opportunities and drivers for business development through data analysis

？ Colleting competitive brand information and quickly make effective response

3. TTS and CDP management

？ Channel budget and expense control

？ Setting investment expense guidance and follow up verification

？ FMCG trade marketing and field sales experience at least 5 years

？ Mature thinking for channel development 

？ Creative, proactive, and open-minded

？ Logical thinking with strong analytic power (data sensitivity)

？ Presentation skill, communication skill, conflict management 

？ Fluent at spoken English and English writing

？ Excellent in Excel and PPT

？ Ability to work under pressure
