Job Responsibilities

• Should have good technical knowledge on sweaters in design aspects, knitting, linking & have worked with different yarns & gauges.
• Should be having versatile knowledge from the stage of counter sample development until Bulk.
• Follow up with the respective orders for the seater products including winter hats.
• Make FIT specs & comments & manage until PP sample is approved.
• Follow up the running order's quality issues and give the guide line to the factory responsible.
• Should ensure the quality of garments both in sample stage.
• Monitor the whole quality process of the assigned factory at random visits.
• Ultimate responsible person for factory quality controlling the process from buyer end.
• Work closely with factory key personnel on sampling and sewing areas to ensure delivery dates.
• Ensure that product confirm the required quality requirements and timely execution.
• Should be able to communicate with Factory and the RU Customer in technical areas
• Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process, implement buyer's every work manual & follow the quality standard to the production factory.
• Send final inspection report to LSO, reporting leader, send a report to factory and buyer top management in critical quality issue.
• Check the first bundle with factory team as per buyer's SOP and correct line to proceed bulk.
• Provide training and education to the quality & production personnel, maintain the needed quality requirements. throughout the production processes strictly following the buyer specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Textiles/Clothing or related discipline;
• At least 8 years relevant experience,
• Hands-on experience in conducting fit session, particularly high street sweater & winter related Fashion Accessories
• Knowledge in sweater construction, fit and manufacturing process;
• Ability to fit develop pattern/fit garment independently;
• Proficient in MS office, patternmaking software, preferably Gerber;
• Experience with PLM is a plus;
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin preferred;

Willingness to Travel when required
