1. Attend and manage business solution projects

?Manage business requirement from diverse business team 

?Business requirement prioritization, and manage IT action plans

?Define and Design proper solutions to meet business requirements

?Solution implementation and optimization

?Project budget management

?Vendor management

?Solution performance analysis and propose new business opportunities.

?Be responsible for solution performance and cost efficiency

2. New Technology Explore & Drive Innovation

?Engage with new technology solution vendors

?Exploring the possibility to commercialize new technology solutions

3. Internal communication

?Close communication with business team stake-holders: directors, senior managers and managers, to understand business requirements, feedback progress and achievements

?Communication with global IT team, make sure global solution and policy proper localization. Establish a proper “Global-Local-Cooperation Process”

?Close communication with team members to make sure his/her solutions is properly integrated with other business solutions if necessary

4. Team Development

?Work with IT director to build new knowledge for IT team members

?Work with IT director to build and optimize IT management principles and process, to improve organization performance efficiency.

?Manage Contractors in his/her project

Job requirements:

Python

MATLAB (Prefer)

BI tools: Power BI or Tableau or MSTR

Information Technology or Mathematics Master Degree

3 year or plus work experience for data analytics
