Job Reponsibilities:

·  Building up factory's technical knowledge in order to follow and achieve client's quality's requirements;

·  Secure product workmanship, fitting, function and quality in order to meet client's standard and safety;

·  Give alternative suggestions to client's technical dept. and suppliers;   

·  Identify problems or potential problems on samples before sending to client for comments and final approval;    

·  Find solutions to solve any technical problems in order to ensure shoes quality and problem-free bulk production; 

·  To assure our products legal compliance, including provide training to internal and external parties; 

·  Any ad-hoc projects assigned by management; 

·  Approve inspection reports and decide release, stand by or reject;

·  Follow up and solve product quality problems, complaint or recalls;

·  Suggest best technical alternatives and manufacturing, to factory, in order to reach best bulk production quality; 

·  Conduct risk assessment on all samples in initial stage;

·  Pre-production meeting with factory and follow up if needs;

·  Function as liaison between factory, merchandising dept. and overseas client in terms of technical- development, approval and production of shoes;

·  Develop and maintain related QA system and procedures (incl. testing requirements).

Job Requirement:

·  Colleague degree or above, major in textile or garment/ quality production or relevant education

·  At least 12 years working experience as shoes technician

·  Preferable have Coaching/ Teaching experience

·  Preferably worked at factory/supplier level and in foreign buying office

·  Experience of handling as children shoes and knowledge of safety requirements for children products

·  Proactive, Strong follow-up skills

·  Problem solver, Communicative    

·  Fluent in Chinese and English language, both spoken and written
