1.编制建筑装饰工程预算，确定工程报价，根据项目定位负责拟定本专业成本估算指标； 

2.有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力，负责本专业工程的造价控制，对各类合约流转进行督导； 

3.完成上级安排的其他工作。 

任职资格: 

1.专科及以上学历，装修工程造价、建筑工程等相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验； 

2.熟悉上海市定额及港式报价惯例，熟悉装饰工程的工艺流程和相关材料并能编制装饰工程预决算； 

3.有大型工装或办公空间项目经验优先；

4.有建造师证书、造价（员）师证优先； 

5.有英语听说读写能力优先；
