• Achieve the strategic and operational objectives to drive business
• Initiates sales plans to make direct contact with prospective clients and existing clients;
• Opportunities pipeline management with forecast appropriate sales figures;
• Update the data on the salesforce platform
• Travels to customer facilities to review project requirements;
• Develop technical proposals to meet customers’ requirements；
• Gathers pertinent facility operational data for development of project scope;
• Lead & work with internal application support to define equipment scope and proposals; 
• Prepare PFD, preliminary P&ID and preliminary GA for technical proposal；
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics and competitive landscape;
• Organize Seminars and attends industry trade shows.    

• Other duties assigned by the supervisor;

1.    Educational background: 

Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Chemicals, Environment Engineering, Thermal Energy and Power or related.

2.   Work experience: at least 3 years of technical or sales experiences in thermal oxidation furnace, regenerative oxidation equipment, thermal combustion equipment, thermal combustion, catalytic combustion, RTO, RCO equipment.

3.   Ability and skills demanding:

1)   Demonstration and negotiation skills; excellent customer service attitude; motivation to achieve sales goals; strong interpersonal communication skills, able to effectively communicate with customers and team members

2)   Familiar with ISO9001 Quality System; 

3)   Good reading and writing ability in English;

4)   A good master of MS Office
