1、负责各网站招投标信息的搜集、汇总，并及时向相关销售人员反馈；

2、认真阅读招标文件要求，根据招标文件要求，收集制作招标文件需要的资料（如：标书的购买、提交各类资格预审文件、跟进投标项目进度，确定中标信息）； 

3、负责投标文件的编制、整体投标文件的排版、打印、复印、装订等工作，并按规定如期完成标书制作；

4、按招标文件要求，协调办理报名及保证金交纳与退回等手续；

5、按公司要求完成各项统计工作，汇总各类相关统计报表； 

6、完成上级交给的其他工作。 

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历； 

2、具有1年以上的招投标工作经验优先； 

3、 良好的沟通协调能力、语言表达能力、文字组织能力、人际关系处理能力；

4、熟悉国家及地方相关法律法规； 

5、熟练操作OFFICE软件及各类制标软件；

6、身体健康、细心严谨、吃苦耐劳，有较强的责任感与职业精神及团队协作精神；

7、优秀应届毕业生可放宽条件。

  Jiangsu Jianlong Electrical CO,.LTD was founded in 1992, located in Mechanical and Electrical Industry Park in Stone Town, Yixing City, Jiangsu Province. The sales branch is in Shanghai.
