• Monitoring and following of our public corporate email (forward requests to key contacts in BUs, insure feedback from BUs etc.)
• Answering external calls, redirecting to key business contacts

• Design/ Video/ Editing
• Design creation for internal or external use
• Design adaptation to local needs
• Video editing
• Video shooting
• Subtitles translation and uploading
• Official website
• Daily monitoring and management
• Update last news, PR releases, banners and videos
• Coordinate with Marketing dept. for BUs’ updates
• Internal platforms
• Update banners and news on internal portal
• Co-update announcements on internal portal
• Administering WeChat work platform è screening new member request, adding/ removing company members
• Internal and External events
• Support communication team on events
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
• Manage social media communication for events
• Vendors and internal functions
• Coordination with video and design agencies, suppliers and contractors. Relationship management
• Raise purchase requests, payment order etc. and process follow up with accounting and purchasing dept.
• Manage and monitor contract signing with vendors, suppliers and partners

任职要求：

1.Bachelor's degree or above

2. Related working experience in Social Media, or Internal Communication in MNC companies

3. Team player and good communication skills

4. Fluent in both Chinese and English
