To provide day to day supervision, direction and leadership to Guest Service  Officers and drivers including working close with front office team. To ensure  that they are adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and standards while  striving towards total guest satisfaction. To ensure that the above-mentioned  areas are working in a professional manner at all times. Responsible for hiring,  training and development of all Guest Service-related associates, so they are  hospitable, outgoing and guest  oriented.

负责对于宾客服务团队的每日工作班次进行监控，管理和督导，同时能保持和前厅部所有其他分部门（为您服务，前台，礼宾部，健身房，行政酒廊）保持密切的合作关系。以确保所有的相关同事能够完全的遵从酒店规章制度和服务流程并竭尽所能的使所有的宾客感到满意。也确保所有上市工作区域能在一个专业化的状态中营运。负责所有宾客服务相关的员工的雇佣，培训以及发展的工作，使之能够达到以客为尊，乐于助人，和热情友好。

Qualifications  职能要求：

- Relevant experience in 5 star international hotel

    五星级酒店同等或相关岗位工作经验

- Good English communication skills in spoken, listening  and written.

   良好的英语听说读写能力

- Familiar with guest service  standards and FO daily operations

  熟悉前厅部对客服务流程及规范操作

- Skills to  deal with emergent cases and good at handling guest complaints to improve  guests' satisfaction and retain loyal guests

   具备处理紧急事件的能力，以及擅长处理客户投诉以提高客人满意度及维护好忠诚度高的客人

- Ability to work with pressure  and good team work spirit

  具备良好的抗压性及团队协作精神
