岗位职责：

1、 负责及时响应各部门提出的CRM、EDP、钉钉等信息系统问题并解决问题；

2、 负责公司CRM、EDP信息系统的后台维护、权限管理和报表输出；

3、 负责给公司员工提供CRM、EDP系统使用的培训和指导；

4、 处理软件开发的需求整理和沟通；

5、 负责处理信息中心领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1、 计算机本科及以上学历，5年及以上IT工作经验；

2、 扎实的计算机网络和应用系统维护知识，熟悉主流CRM、OA系统；

3、 有一定的编程能力和SQL语句的能力，熟悉Visio，熟悉软件开发逻辑；

4、 积极主动、善于沟通，团队精神，快速学习，承压能力，服从领导；

5、做事有条理和计划，能对IT信息系统出现的突发事件有紧急预案和处理能力。
