1. Manage build plan with efficient communication with  business team ,  continuously track and analyze the gaps to balance the demand; 
2. Develop and maintain an accurate and reliable Revenue Projection; 
3. Based on customer demand , materials and capacity status, work out weekly/daily production schedule and monitor plan attainment to ensure FG deliver on time; 
4. Plan and arrange the shipment, ensure on time delivery to customer ; 
5. Continuously driving planning KPI(Delivery performance) to align with site quality objective and site strategy goal ;
6. Understand and follow training matrix to execute responsibilities;
7. Take other tasks assigned by planning supervisor /manager
8. Grasping the schedule of each lot of wafer and detail information, and make relevant reports
9. Responsible for the production control, delivery and inventory control of the responsible lines to ensure the improvement on OTD and inventory turn-over rate
10. Work closely with relative department such as production, QA, etc) to analysis the root cause of miss shipment and provide corrective actions
11. Can analyze production cycle time /OEE then drive accordingly 

Requirement

Degree required ：University Grad with 3-4 years experience or Diploma Grad with 6-7 years experience

1. Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin
2. Work independently and Skillful in data analysis
3. Independent work ability and be good at coordinated aspect
4. Quick learner, hard working, energetic, self-starter, able to work under pressure, good team player
5. Good communication and problem solving skill, detail Oriented
6. Understands Supply Chain Planning business domain (especial from Bumping ,probing and backend )
7. Superior problem solving and analytical skills
8. Good computer skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint), other computer skill is plus
9. Good communication and collaborative/ team work spirit
10. With ability to communicate with all levels of management and clients.
11. Demonstrated ability to: strong business writing and presentation skills to effectively present issues and ideas to senior leadership
12. Demonstrated ability to: experience in conducting research with sound analytical and problem solving skills "
13. Can accept OT w/o payment and work from home during the weekend 
14. Preferred: The candidate used to work in a field related to OSAT no matter for mfg or planning
