1、组织建立和完善公司生产指挥系统,编制生产计划,部署安排生产工作,确保生产任务完成;

2、负责公司生产、技术、采购、质检、仓管系统工作程序、规章制度和考核办法的拟定、监督与实施;

3、根据生产计划,合理安排生产进度,搞好各部门关系协调,组织分配劳动力,平衡调度设备材料;

4、全面统管生产过程中的技术、质量、采购、安全、环境卫生管理;

5、定期召开生产会议,分析生产形势,协调解决生产过程中存在的各种问题;

6、组织制定和执行本公司生产月度、季度、年度预算方案； 

7、根据生产需求,编制物资采购计划,并认真实施,及时联系解决生产物资缺口;

8、负责生产中的技术和质量保证工作,发现问题及时组织解决和处理。

9、管理生产团队,推进各个部门正常运作。

10、综合协调工厂对内、对外事务。

1. Organized the establishment and improvement of the Factory's production command system, prepared production plans, deployed and arranged production, and ensured the completion of production tasks;

2. Responsible for the formulation, supervision and implementation of the company's production, technology, procurement, quality inspection, warehouse management system working procedures, rules and regulations and assessment methods;

3. According to the production plan, reasonably arrange the production schedule, coordinate the relations among various departments, organize the distribution of labor, and balance the scheduling of equipment and materials;

4. In charge of technology, quality, procurement, safety and environmental hygiene management in the production process;

5. Held regular production meetings, analyzed the production situation, coordinated and solved various problems in the production process;

6. Organized the formulation and implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual production budget plans of the company;

7. According to the production demand, prepare the material purchase plan, implement it earnestly, and timely contact to solve the production material gap;

8. Responsible for the technical and quality assurance work in production, and organize the solution and treatment of problems in time.

9. Managed the production team and promoted the normal operation of each department.

10. Comprehensively coordinated the internal and external affairs of the factory.

职位要求：

1、本科以上学历,十年以上制造业管理运营工作经验,熟悉生产质量的控制管理; 

2、熟悉生产运作和管理,拥有丰富的生产管理成本控制、质量管理、安全管理等方面的经验; 

3、非常熟悉制造行业的操作流程和精益生产,具备较强的一线生产计划安排、统筹、协调能力; 

4、擅于管理团队,人才梯队建设,有良好的绩效考评思路和方法; 

5、在成本控制有着独到的见解。

6、书面英语及口语沟通良好。

7、有家具生产和玩具生产相关管理工作经验将优先考虑

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing management and operation, familiar with production quality control and management;

2. Familiar with production operation and management, rich experience in production management cost control, quality management, safety management, etc.;

3. Very familiar with the operation process and lean production in the manufacturing industry, and have strong ability to arrange, plan and coordinate the first-line production;

4. Good at team management, talent echelon construction, good ideas and methods of performance evaluation;

5. Have unique insights in cost control.

6. Good communication in written and oral English.

7. Management experience in furniture production and toy production is preferred
