JOB SUMMARY

 

SQE is responsible for the suppliers’ overall quality performance on both on-time delivery and product quality. SQE needs to audit suppliers to confirm the competence on quality management system and production process to ensure above performance. SQE needs to establish and conduct IQC procedure to recognize any non-conformity of products and eliminate affecting subsequent process. SQE need to work with suppliers to analyze and eliminate the root cause of non-conformity by means of various quality tools.

SQE负责供应商的整体质量情况，包括准时交货和产品质量。SQE需要对供应商进行审核，确认供应商在质量管理体系和生产过程方面的能力，以确保供应商达到上述要求。SQE需要建立和实施IQC程序，以识别产品的任何不合格情况，并消除对后续过程的影响。SQE需要与供应商合作，通过各种质量工具分析和消除不合格的根本原因。

Bridge between supplier and ENG to transfer requirements of the products properly and completely

Conduct management system evaluation and production process audit

Edit the<Incoming Inspection WI> then train the inspector

编制《进货检验作业指导》并培训检验员。

Leads incoming inspection 

领导进货检验

Record the non-conformity, including the finding and corrective actions

不合格品发现和记录（包括处理结果）

perform the non-conformity review process 

执行不合格品评审流程

work with supplier to analyze the root cause of non-conformity and implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence 

分析根本原因并采取纠正预防措施避免再次发生

Annually review the performance of suppliers to find out opportunities of improvement 

年度供应商表现评价，确定持续改进机会

drive suppliers to improve their management system and process 

促进供应商改进管理和过程

Comply with ISO17025 Quality Management System

执行ISO17025质量管理体系

Comply with ISO45001/14001 EHS management system

Requirements:

要求： 

Bachelor degree on engineering, mechanical or similar major. 

机械电子或其它工科专业本科及以上学历。

Over 5 years’ experience on SQE position； 

5年以上SQE工作经验

Internal Auditor for quality management system such as ISO9001/IATF16949

质量管理体系内部审核员，如ISO9001/IATF16949

Familiar with supplier evaluation, IQC, auditing；

熟悉供应商评估，来料质量控制程序，审核

Familiar with PFMEA/MSA/SPC and usage on other quality tools

熟悉PFMEA/MSA/SPC和其他质量工具的使用

Proficient in MS Office, any other computer software such as CAD will be a plus.

The LINK Huangshan Vehicle Testing Center, located in Huangshan Economic Development District, is a 1,500 square meter facility designed to provide all the resources you need for comprehensive vehicle testing. Amenities include an opening workshop, confidential workshop, three sets of EV quick-charger stations, 10%,15% and 20% test slopes, a 800 square meter dynamic square and closed parking lots for environment soak. Our four-wheel alignment, tire balancer, and tire-changing machine(s) ensure testing accuracy, reliability, efficiency and economy.
