PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

  

Our new Sales Corp has full functions of Sales & After Sales, including the auto product digitalization, digital marketing, leads management, retail & whole sales , OTD function with plant & supply chain, import car business , dealer network development, dealer network operation quality , warranty claim, service contract, service campaign, recall campaign , Spare part supply chain from master data, sourcing and procurement , ordering, warehouse, distribution, re-claim. And regulation on Sales and sales in Automobile industry.

  

This position performs as IT representative in Sale Corp to

  

• Coordinate with HQ IT Team for all IT topics in sales & after sales business activities:

• Coordination with HQ IT team, business owner and local vendor to work out the technical solution or IT systems / tools to re-engineer, optimize and enhance the business workflow and efficiency.

• Pilot the Build & Implementation with all involved business owner, vendor, dealer with defined timeline, budget and quality.

• Pilot the daily run of business with region business owner and vendor for local customers.

• Provide technical support or knowledge as IT consultant.

          

  

JOB FUNCTIONS:

  

• Coordinate with HQ IT Team for all IT topics in sales & after sales business activities: From benchmark, business analysis , system architect, function design, workflow / data flow design, data warehouse for BI in order to push to compose the blue print and roadmap of the IT systems for Sales & after sales domains with clear definition of critical project, priority , budget estimation, benefit earning.

• Cooperate the Build & implementation of critical projects with all involved business owner, vendor, dealer: in order to build the innovation IT systems or tools.

• Work with IT vendors and deeply involved in the whole life cycle of projects to achieve business targets, including: system design, systems development, system test, system rollout, system online support as well as system enhancement, etc.

• Perform possible solution analysis/design/elicitation for pre-project system concept evaluation / assessment

• Review and evaluate technical approach of system architecting, system integration, system enhancement and system optimization, etc. provided by vendors or HQ IT Team.

• Responsible for technical support in system maintenance and enhancement (such as daily issue fixing, system monitoring, system optimization etc.)

• Maintain satisfactory working relationships with team members, vendors and clients as required to successfully achieve assigned tasks

• Possess a high degree of knowledge of the Automobile IT applications and the China popular digital platforms development, such as Wechat mini-Program, HTML5, Android/iOS APP development. Etc.

  
  
  

                  

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:

  

• 3+ years working experience of supporting large automobile organization with both Coop and Region. Especially for sales and after sales organization.

• 3+ years working experience of IT support in sales & after sales of automobile industry. including IT experience on BOM, DMS, OTD, Leads APP , Digital APP, Customer APP, Wechat mini-program…etc.

• 5+ years project management/coordination experience in software application development.

• Working experience in Software/Website/mobile IT solution design /development /test /delivery /maintenance to support business requests.

• Preferable working experience and knowledge of business operation in foreign companies.

• English communication skill in listening, speaking, reading and writing is a must.

• Deep understanding of automobile business operations (such as IT solution development for automobile whole/retail , spare part / Warranty claim, Telematics , V2X domains )

• Familiar with Office such as PPT, Word, Excel.
  
  

                

EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  

University education in Information Technology or similar

ITIL/PMM certificate and knowledge of TOGAF is a plus.

Fast learner to Telematics technology, such as V2X, IOT, Big Data etc.

Eager to learn and ready to support others

Rich hands on experience in project management or project coordination.

Rich knowledge in system architecture analysis/design is a plus.

General understanding of business operations of automobile supply chain.
