Basic Description
1. Manager of the Tax and Business Advisory service line of the firm.
2. Positioned in Shanghai.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Plan and project-manage tax advisory assignments, including preparing tax advice and reports for clients.
2. Provide various types of tax and business advisory services to clients, including but not limited to: company set up, tax compliance, tax advisory, tax due diligence, certified tax audit report, transfer pricing planning and documentation services etc.
3. Understand objectives for clients, align own work to objectives and set personal priorities, taking responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating managers on progress.
4. Coach staff and review their works.
5. Develop and maintain productive working relationship with client personnel and authorities.
6. Develop the capability to explore business opportunity with existing clients.

Skills and Specifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Above 5 years’ working experience in the corporate tax or transfer pricing service line of Big Four/other leading professional firms or large corporation in China.
3. Excellent English is essential.
4. Excellent learning skills.
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Good at team working.
7. Well planning and prioritizing skills, and have the ability of efficient time management.
8. Ability to accommodate stressed working atmosphere
