A talented Sales Director is needed to manage our existing key accounts and prospect for new accounts, using leads created by marketing; through attendance at industry shows and events and through networking within the IC.

The role would be an ideal opportunity for an up-and-coming sales professional with a consultative approach to value-selling in a technology services business.

Responsibilities:

• Being the primary customer relationship for Sondrel's IC Design Services in Greater China
• Managing existing accounts and prospecting for new accounts
• Assessing each new account opportunity and creating key account development plans
• Attending industry shows and events and networking within the IC design community
• Supporting the Sondrel Engineering Director to ensure we are building world class teams
• Recording customer information
• Negotiating with clients

Skills:

• Previous experience of account management within the semiconductor industry, engineering services or a technically similar product field
• 5 years + technical sales & account management experience
• A proven track record in opening new accounts and closing high value deals; a self-starter with high levels of drive and self-motivation with a willingness to travel on a regular basis and work the hours typical of the role
• A focused and organized professional with good inter-personal skills and the ability to present technical and commercial messages across all layers of management, simply and effectively

Education:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
