职位名称：

1、负责根据需求招聘人员，网上招聘信息的发布、刷新、简历筛选，通知面试等；

2、负责考勤、工资的核算，员工入职、离职、合同等手续的办理；

3、公司员工档案的建立与管理；

4、社保、公积金办理

5、负责完善和维护好公司的各项规章制度及公司各类通知的书写；

6、完成上级交付的其他工作和任务。

任职要求：

1、 大专及以上学历，人力资源管理、熟悉劳动法以及员工关系。

2、有两年以上人事行政相关工作经验；

3、亲和能力强、具有良好的职业道德素养、良好的沟通协调和理解能力，处事灵活、有条理；

4、熟练使用word/excel/PPT等办公软件。
