工作职责：

1.Plan the inspection and coordinate between the shipping coordinator, inspector and client in order to realize the inspection smoothly

2.Contact with local suppliers for cargo in & out. Arrange the cargo in & out together with warehouse workers, subcontracted suppliers, trucking company and shipping coordinator;

3.Record accurately in & out data , updating the system and preparing the inventory or in &out report as request;

4.Responsible for the inventory of warehouse;

5.Be in charge of supervision of container stuffing in factory if requested; fill related supervision report if request;

6.Help warehouse supervisor in the management of the warehouse, such as worker management, warehouse administration, new workers training, etc;

7.Be the backup to the other staff in the warehouse according to instruction for any special case.

8.Any other task if required.

要求：
- 有一年以上进出口操作经验，熟悉出口运输操作流程（海运) ，熟悉拼箱操作，报关单证、清关文件的处理优先；
- 英语读写熟练， 较强的中文沟通能力；
- 大专以上学历；
- 熟悉WMS系统尤佳；
- 熟悉MS office和基本软件操作；
- 细心、仔细，有很强的责任心, 能在压力下独立处理事务；
- 家住闵行、徐汇、洋山者优先；

备注：工作地点浦东洋山，公司在闵行(地铁锦江乐园站)提供班车。
