职责：

    

1、领导4-6人的服装辅料开发部团队

    

2、确保客户满意（不仅仅是客户服务）

    

    

职位描述：

    

    

1、每月按时完成100多项辅料开发任务，包括织带，口袋布，标签，腰带。需及时回复买家（24小时之内或更快时间内）。

    

2、每个季度开发新品。

    

3、技术层面上，价格谈判，以确保我们在市场上具有价格优势。

    

4、交接工作做到及时、完整、详细，正确与供应商对接

    

5、正确的数据输入SAP系统（技术数据，交付时间等）

    

6、确保客户满意（不仅仅是客户服务），所有买家和客户的反馈评分达到9分（满分10分）或以上。

    

7、在1年内建立一支完整的团队

    

8、在3个月之内熟悉我们所有的产品，以便可以在买家需要时，及时提供产品解决方案（可以利用我们的数据库，样品，技术支持寻求帮助）

    

    

Mission - 

    

- To manage & guide the development team of 4-6 people. 

    

- Ensure Customer Delight (not customer service).

    

    

Outcomes expected – 

    

1. On-time completion of over 100 developments a month，including trims, elastic, fabric, tags, labels, waistbands. On-time replies & updates to buyers (within 24 hours or faster). 

    

2. New collections to be developed every quarter. 

    

3. Negotiating prices based on technical specs (and as prevailing in the market), and getting us better prices than we are currently.

    

4. Handovers - to be complete, detailed & on time. Ensure all points are closed & confirmed with suppliers before handover. 

    

5. Correct Data to be entered into SAP.  (technical data, delivery time, etc) 

    

6. Ensure Customer Delight (not customer service). To achieve a customer feedback rating of 9 (out of 10) or more from all buyers. 

    

7. To build an A team within 1 year.

    

8. To be familiar with our products & people by the end of 3 months, so that you can offer alternatives & solutions to the buyer when needed (tap into our database, samples, technical team for help)
