工作职责： 

、负责原材料/零部件及产品的检验和测试，并作记录/标识。 

 2、对生产过程中可能存在潜在的不合格提出意见，并纠正。 

 3、对合格品做标识/隔离/追溯记录。 

 4、严格控制产品质量，拒收不合格产品。 

 5、负责检验和测试记录/报告的保管和归档。 

 6、负责对量具/量仪的日常维护和保养。 

 7、对产品信息（数据）的收集、统计与分析。 

 8、对品质改善提出意见和建议。

 9、贯彻公司要求及各项管理制度。 

 10、工作中与相关部门进行沟通，寻求最有效地解决方案。 

 11、主动向上级汇报工作中存在的问题及自己的一些建议，服从上级工作安排。     

任职资格与能力：

    

1、教育程度：中专以上学历。

    

2、外语能力：英语一般，能听懂。

    

3、熟练看懂各种图纸，会使用办公软件。

    

4、会使用各种量具/量仪，且懂日常维护和保养。

    

5、能吃苦耐劳，工作认真/细心，有良好的团队合作精神。             

6、会三坐标测量仪。

The company locates at periphery of Songjiang industrial estate in Shanghai and the factory occupies and areas of about 3100 square meters. It’s surrounded by Hu Hang expressway, Hu Song highway etc., it’s fast to join other loop-lines and many main arterial highways of traffic rapidly. The traffic is very convenient.

The factory produce accurate hot runners mould and all kinds of mould test products and plastic products. We possess several complete sets of finish machining equipment such as professional CAD, CAM assistant CNC design center, NC machines. We also can exploit new products according to client’s samples and pictures.
