工作职责 (包括但不限于以下工作) 法律事务职责。分为非诉讼事务和诉讼事务两部分。 一) 非诉讼事务主要包括： 带领法务团队， 1.   根据集团及公司的经营管理需要，推动各部门贯彻执行《集团法律事务管理办法》，负责公司各项法务管理制度和工作流程的建设与完善； 2.   管理公司公章、档案及各类证照，避免法律风险发生，确保《集团法律事务管理办法》(特别是合同、公章、证照管理流程)在公司各部门得以严格执行； 3.   解答关于公司事务的法律咨询并做研究，配合管理层及业务部门与相关政府部门保持良好沟通渠道； 4.   审核公司格式合同，起草、审核及修改复杂重大的非格式合同，起草、审核及修改各类合同、协议和影响公司权利义务的重要函件，完善合同条款，把控公司法律风险，对其中的法律风险作出提示； 5.   参与公司的重大谈判，参与制定谈判方案，在从法律角度推动谈判进展的同时把控公司法律风险； 6.   有效地和公司各部门及管理层进行沟通，及时提示公司运行过程中存在的法律风险并提供应对方案；发现部门间配合有问题或其它部门在日常工作中有可以改进之处，及时向上级做出汇报； 7.   准时向集团及公司提交各项报告；遇突发事件时，及时向上级报告； 8.   为公司物色相关专业的合适的外聘律师，联络和管理外聘律师，有效地配合和监督律师工作； 9.   协助业务部门处理保险报案及理赔，切实维护公司利益； 10. 根据公司业务发展需要，设定培训课程及目标，为业务部门提供各种法务类培训； 11. 协助集团处理关联公司的法律事务，配合上级完成特别项目； 12. 承担公司及上级交办的其他工作。 (二) 诉讼事务主要包括：按上级要求并协调法务团队其它成员， 1.   参与诉讼前纠纷处理，完成证据收集及整理。按上级要求，主办诉讼或仲裁案件或委托外聘律师参与诉讼或仲裁案件，有效监督和评核律师工作； 2.   着重从法律角度协助管理层处理各类重大、疑难纠纷、客诉和突发事件； 3.   归纳总结纠纷处理的经验教训，及时向管理层做出合理化建议。

任职要求：

1、全日制法律专业本科或以上学历 ，6年或以上法院(民商事审判职位)、大型知名律师事务所民商法律师从业、大型跨国公司或房地产公司法律顾问工作经验，具备全国法律职业资格证书(或法律职业资格或律师资格)；  

2、熟练应用各类办公软件，具备良好的法律功底，熟练掌握民商(特别是民法、合同法、公司法、诉讼法、房地产及建筑相关法规)等法律法规；

3、能熟练拟订相关法律文书与合同文本，能处理房地产项目涉及的各项法律问题；

4、具有清晰的法律逻辑思维和良好的分析、处理、应变及沟通与协调能力，优秀的策划能力和执行能力，独立工作能力和良好的学习能力；

5、良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；有较强的谈判能力，语言和文字表达能力；

6、诚实守信，正直，有责任心和事业心，有敬业精神，符合职业操守，身心健康，能适应出差要求（如有）。
