1、根据市场需求走向，确定产品的流行趋势和新工艺，完成新产品的开发与设计；

2、根据市场分析，融合主题故事和时尚元素，完成产品图稿设计；

3、构思产品设计方案，确定工艺的可行性，确保产品设计满足定位市场需求并能顺利投产；

4、跟进产品打样，确定工艺标准，保证产品设计符合品牌定位；

5、进行市场调研，收集、整理并把握市场流行趋势，分析目标消费群体的产品需求以及竞争品牌的产品状况，提升研发产品的竞争力。

任职资格：

1、艺术设计、产品设计类专业，本科及以上；熟悉家居纺织类产品，相关行业工作经验优先；

2、对于市场流行元素、色彩、时尚具备极高的敏感性，熟知并收罗时下流行的新产品、新材料、新工艺；

3、具备将设计图纸转化为实物的能力，并能通过自身对工艺的专业促使产品实现大货量产；

4、对新的产品系列有独到的见解，具备产品系列规划设计的能力；

5、 按时按量完成工艺开发及产品设计任务，参与样品试制工作；

6 、熟练操作Adobe Illustrator，Adobe Photoshop，3DMax，Rhino等专业设计软件和Office办公软件；

7、激情富有朝气，心态积极，热爱设计工作，抗压能力强，工作效率高；

Shanghai Hema has professional P&D and Sales team working in Shanghai office with 800 square meter showroom. Under our company, there are 2 affiliated factories in Shandong Province with more than 300 skilled employees and 20,000 square meter production areas. The first factory is located in Linyi city, especially good at producing home textiles and decorative accessories. A new factory is established in Weifang in 2017, they mainly produce deco furniture.
