1、 社群维护：每天做好工作微信的消息回复以及潜在客户群的消息回复，及时解答社群客户的各类疑问，维护好社群的聊天环境；

2、 负责社群日常内容输出，按要求完成产品发布、与客户形成互动等提高社群活跃度；

负责日常在线客户沟通及时解决客户咨询问题，帮助顾客查件及常规商品问题咨询

任职条件：

1、 大专及以上学历，具有1年以上社群管理或淘宝客服经验或微商管理或销售工作经验

2、 有微信群运营管理或淘宝客服经验，从事过微商，或有电商、互联网等行业运营推广经验优先；

3、 具有社群思维，活泼开朗，耐心，乐于与人交流聊天，喜欢微信聊天、喜欢活跃气氛；

4、 学习力强，有一定的文案基础优先；有家纺家饰行业经历优先；

Shanghai Hema has professional P&D and Sales team working in Shanghai office with 800 square meter showroom. Under our company, there are 2 affiliated factories in Shandong Province with more than 300 skilled employees and 20,000 square meter production areas. The first factory is located in Linyi city, especially good at producing home textiles and decorative accessories. A new factory is established in Weifang in 2017, they mainly produce deco furniture.
