必须有零售，连锁POS，BOH 等相关系统，项目经验。 掌握一定的SQL语言能力。

The Business Systems Analyst works as L2 for supporting POS Systems to optimize IT service and efficiency. This role partners closely with the L3/L4 team to identify gaps in the new POS system, prioritize and propose solutions to these gaps, and implement programs to close known issues.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Serve as the secondary point of contact for the new POS system support.
2. Focus on BOH application, case management and business support.
3. Provide strong analytical, problem solving and technical skills effectively.
4. Work with a combination of on-shore and off-shore teams.
5. Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable high quality solutions.

 

Qualifications

1.     Solid understanding of ISPOS/BOH POS system technology preferred.

2.     Rich experience on SQL database and script development.

3.     Able to manage multiple tasks and result driven oriented.
