System engineer (Enterprise Application Administrator)

Job Description 
  
Responsibilities:
  
1. Manages and controls execution of projects for the business, to ensure project completion on time, to budget, and meeting customer needs. 
  
2. Works with the business team (System/Project Owner) of brand, and 3rd party vendors to ensure the execution of the projects on track.
  
3. Analysis for the requirements & enhancement of enterprise system, follow up the configuration, testing and rollout, and coordinate external development.
  
4.  Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of enterprise system HQ side(OA HRIS ERP...);                                 
Level 3 support of enterprise system store side(HRIS LMS...);   
  
5. Responsible for system user roles and authority matrix, and adjustment and optimization of forms ,report and workflow.
  
6. Learning and promotion extended functions of system platform.                                                                        
7. Makeing related document of system;
  
 
  
Qualifications:
  
1.Bachelor’s Degree (Information Technology or related is preferred but not required) 
  
2.Minimum 3+ years experience of related system management & maintenance;                                                                   

3.Operation experience is preferred on OA,HRIS,ERP… support; 
  
4.EA Project leader/management experience is preferred
  
5.Creative problem solving skills that require minimum supervisory prompting
  
6.Documentation skills that use tools like Visio, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Excel.
  
7.Great communication skills both written and oral, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal in English (need to involve regional / global team for support & project)
  
8.Ownership of tasks and projects with 100% follow through to completion.
  
9.Ability to follow process and create process where there is none.
