Project/Product Specialist

TSC IT Project Specialist is the expert for TSC product functions/features, who will responsible for all TSC product daily issue tracking, requirement communication, functional testing and new version release support.

Responsibilities

1. Support Project manager for project planning, projects status, identifies issues and risks, ensure project on-time delivery;

2. Responsible for daily issue tracking, requirement collection, functional validation, new version release support;

3. Working closely with Product team, Vendor and L3 to support service team;

4. Lab system management

Competencies / Requirements

1. 2+ years’ business or software experience in QSR company

2. Expert for product include but not limit to POS/BOH, Wechat/Ali/Meituan Digital solutions and BI system experience in QSR company.

3. Good teamwork spirit and communication skills, ability to work in multitasking mode;

4. Familiar with related software tools including but not limited to Azure DevOps, JIRA, Redmine, MS Excel, MS PPT, etc.

5. PMP certification is preferred
