职位Position：基础设施管理经理/施工经理 Infrastructure Manager/construction manager

直接上级：项目经理

Report to :  PM Manager

 

工作范围：根据合同条款，从EPC设备安装、调试启动、试运行，到最终临时验收测试阶段，跟进和管理项目现场工作。与客户及内部组织沟通，以便按时、按量、预算内交付EPC项目。

Scope of the position : Follow up and manage site activities, according to contract specifications , from EPC  installation, commissioning & start-up, trial run, to final provisional acceptance test stage.  Communicate with customer and internal organization in order to deliver the EPC project on time, on quality and on budget.

岗位职责：

Main Job Description :

现场安装经理岗位职责包括但不限于以下内容：

The Infrastructure / construction  Manager will have , but not limited to , the below list of tasks :

1. 监督负责安装、服务和维修结构及主要部件的供应商安装团队。

   Coordinate and  supervise the supplier installation team who are responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing structures and major components.

2. 负责安全风险评估并确保安装工作的安全进行，发现任何风险都应报告公司管理层，并在必要时叫停施工知道现场满足安全要求。

   Undertake safety risk assessment and ensure that it is safe to perform erection work, bring any risks to the attention of the company management and if necessary to halt work until safety requirements are met.

3. 领导团队开发相关的工作表、时间表和其他监督安装和调试工作所要求的的文件。

   Lead the team to develop relative job sheets, time sheets, and other documentation as required to supervise the installation and commissioning activities.

4. 进行所有必要的安装前检查（包括开箱检查，设备存储方案，安装程序等），保证符合客户和其他第三方的合同要求及政策。

   Undertake all necessary pre-installation checks(including open-box inspection, equipment storage solution, installation procedures, etc. ) to liaise with contracts, policies of client &other third parties as indicated.

5. 根据站点和安装现场设备的合同条款，验证实际进度并签订供应商支付程序。

   Verify the actual progress and sign off the supplier payment application according to contract terms for equipment shipped to sites and installation services.

6. 确定现场范围的变更并尽早向管理层报告，记录经管理层同意的任何范围变更。

   To identify any changes to scope and report back to management as early as possible, to record any scope changes as agreed by management.

7. 确保安装工作符合公司标准和现行法规。

   To make sure installation activities in line with company standards and current regulations.

8. 完成所有后期安装和调试检查。

   To complete all post installation & commissioning checks.

9. 对于任何问题，破损或设备故障，要求供应商安装团队采取相应的修正措施，并跟进修正进度。

   Require the supplier installation team to take corrective actions accordingly for any faults, breakages or equipment failures, and follow up with the corrective plan.

10. 向管理层报告安装和调试阶段所有潜在的项目风险。

    Report to the management regarding any potential project risks during installation and commissioning phases. 

11. 安排和监督安装/调试和启动/试运行/交付的整体进度。

    Schedule and oversee the overall progress of installation/commissioning&start-up/trial run/turn over.

12. 确保项目节点/目标的完成，并不超过批准的预算。

    Ensure that project milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

     

    任职资格Qualifications:

     

1. 大学本科及以上学历，工科背景

   Bachelor's degree or above in engineering background;

2. 现场安装管理领域或大型EPC项目管理10年以上工作经验。（国际企业或国有企业是加分项）熟悉各领域之间的设备安装及合作；

   More than 10 years’ experience in site installation management or project management on large EPC projects. (International company or state owned company would be a plus), familiar with equipment installation procedure and cooperation between each disciplines;

3. 具备领导多任务项目/计划的能力。

   Demonstrated ability to lead multi-dimensional projects/programs.

4. 对公司不同级别员工的影响力与沟通能力，管理供应商合作伙伴工作成果的能力。

   Ability to influence and communicate with different levels of the organization and manage vendor partner performance.

5. 国家注册建造师和PMP优先考虑

   Preferable with National Registered Constructor Certificate and PMP;

6. 熟练使用AutoCAD和office;

   Good knowledge and skills of AutoCAD and Microsoft office;

7. 有责任感，良好的团队合作精神，积极乐观;

   Good sense of accountability, good teamwork spirit, remain active and positive;

8. 独立思考，自我激励，善于自学。

   Independent, self-motivated and good at self learning.

9. 良好的英文写作和口语能力。

对于危险废弃物的处理，将从进入回转窖（瑞士公司设计）之前的废弃物准备、检查和兼容性考察等方面开始；焚烧生成的产物将在烟气净化系统（意大利公司设计）中得到处理，经过净化后的烟气能达到欧盟2000排放准备。
 
高温烟气的热量回收，将通过一个非常特殊的锅炉（意大利公司设计）得以实现。它能够***限度的进行能量回收，产生高温蒸汽，供给附近工厂作为其生产能源。
