Job Responsibilities:

1. Run sprint release communications

Sprints and the heart and soul of a software company. Accurate and timely communication is essential to high level functioning across company departments.

2. Run feedback management cycle & drive improvement

Feedback management is critical to our Customer Success and Product Innovation.

3. Multimedia content creation

You'll understand our JING products better than anyone and provide sharp and clear product/function operational documentation/user guides to help our customers use them. This can include multimedia content such as video.

4. Market/competitor research

Help out with understanding the bigger picture for our company and for our clients.

5. Translation

Mainly English to Chinese

Qualifications:

1. Experience sought:

Familiarity with SaaS system operations

Familiarity with Marketing practices

Enjoys creating content, understands the power of content to move people

2. Organizational ability

Familiarity with productivity tools like Teambition

3. Language ability

Must be able to read English, conversational English is bonus

4. Multimedia production capability

Can you make a 短视频? Do you want to learn? Fluency in Powerpoint or Keynote

5. Motivated self-starter

Can carry out tasks independently, want to do your best work

6. More than 2 years of working experience
