Requirements:

1.      Excellent design technical, proficiency in design software: Photoshop, Adobe illustrator etc.

2.      Fluent in written English and Mandarin.

3.      Good luxury sense and attention to detail.

4.      Willing to work under pressure and respecting deadline.

5.      Well organized and logical thinking, good at numeric reporting and data analysis

6.      Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.

 

Mainly department task:

1.    Supporting the marketing team for PR, digital and other exposures clipping collected (both ATL and BTL); sample/product loan management; product shooting; store signage and POP design; VM floorplan & window layout preparation etc.

2.      Support retail marketing with store activities and promotional programs.

3.      Research competitors’ store campaign (new launch, promotion, events, CRM etc.).

4.      Updating marketing calendar, master files, and reports by week.

5.      Responsible for GWP inventory management.

6.      Manage marketing & communication files and follow up the payment process.

7.      Responsible for collecting weekly VIP database, preparation and analysis of CRM reports by week.

8.      Support other ad-hoc projects.
