工作内容：

岗位职责：

1、负责公司产品在直播频道的日常直播工作；

2、直播期间与粉丝及客户互动，活跃直播气氛，维护频道健康秩序；

3、围绕销售目标，全面参与负责公司淘宝直播部门的运营管理

4、讲解公司产品卖点，为粉丝答疑，引导粉丝购买推荐商品；

5、执行力良好，互动和表现欲强，能在镜头面前口播流利，有临场发挥应变能力强；

6、完成公司安排的其他相关工作

7、完成每次直播时长

8、跟进直播效果，总结分析直播数据，做出改进方案

任职要求：

1、五官端正形象好、镜头感好、表达能力优秀，性格活泼开朗，情商高会互动；

2、普通话清晰流畅、口齿伶俐，善于沟通表达，有较强的语言的组织能力；

3、有在抖音、美拍、小红书等平台直播等其他直播平台经验，其中淘宝直播经验优先；

4、有责任心、沟通能力好、团队协作能力强对直播，视频有了解，热爱直播；

5、做事认真负责，细致高效，抗压能力强，优秀应届生亦可。
