  SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

 

  

Process design, batch record draft and material preparation for Manufacturing and Production project.

  

 

  

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  

• Design process and materials to meet the needs of both the client and the end user.

• Purchase materials and track the release progress of incoming materials.

• Draft batch record composed by instructions and blank forms as per Good Manufacturing Practice principles.

• Cross-function communication to ensure project timeline is followed.

• Liaise with customers regarding requirements and be involved in customer audits and visits as required.

• Manage the ERP system data entry of all appropriate information.

• Identify and implement cost, quality, service and safety improvements.

• Preparation and regular review of Standing Operating Procedures relating to own    

  areas of responsibility.

• Ensure that all processes are carried out in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice and Health and Safety requirements.

• Any other duties which may properly be assigned to this post.

   

  POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

   

  Education:                 College degree or above in manufacturing/pharmaceuticals/supply chain or other relevant disciplines.

                              

      Experience:               ≥1 year relevant work experience gained in pharmaceuticals

  

Knowledge/Skills:       

  

• Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice regulations.

• Good knowledge of IT systems. Experience of ERP (JDE, SAP, etc.), CAD and Trackwise are preferred.

• Good Time Management / Organizational skills adopting a committed approach to providing a high level of customer service.

• The ability to work as part of a team, adopting a right first-time approach ensuring the commitments are met in a timely manner.

• Experience of pharmaceutical/clinical trials packaging and processes.

• Have a good command of both oral and written English.  Familiar with Windows office applications. Numerate and literate.

• Effective communicator, logical thought processes and investigative skills.
