1. Serve as the point of contact for customers in your portfolio

2. Collaborate internally and externally to leverage the appropriate people and resources to offer suitable client solutions and generate new business

3. Ensure the timely delivery of services and deliverables to clients

4. Manage Brand’s budgets under the supervision of the Business Planning Manager and in line with recommendations from planners and media specialists

5. Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust

6. Formalize the monthly report for brand clients with the support of the planners, copywriters and media specialists

7. Media (i.e. KOL Selection/execution quality control)

Client Management 

1. Planning, budgeting and activities related to company account/client management

2. Serve as the point of contact for brands in your portfolio

3. Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business

4. Ensure the timely delivery of services and deliverables to clients

5. Resolve issues and escalate key matters as needed in order to maintain and strengthen customer trust and overcome challenges in a swift and professional manner

Project Management

1. Analyse, plan, implement and evaluate Client projects 

2. Support and operate alongside the Strategic Planning team by collecting, analysing and delivering data in different types of formats

3. Brainstorm and discuss strategies with teammates, team and leaders to deliver the best solutions for the projects

4. Effectively utilize all analytical tools to be able to address strong and impactful business recommendations to the Client

5. Assist on the preparation of Clients presentations: meeting documents, results deliverables, project management documents, etc…

E-Commerce

1. Maintain sufficient working knowledge of Full Jet E-Commerce client list and operations so as to respond to client requests for information in a timely manner and support proposals for new clients.

2. Keep up-to-date on new platforms and opportunities within China’s E-Commerce ecosystem in order to share these insights internally and externally with existing and potential new clients

3. Represent the “client voice” and needs to the E-Commerce team to ensure seamless strategy development and execution

4. Assist in market research and presentation drafting for “new client pitch decks”

职位要求：

1. Strong business sense

2. 2+ years of work experience preferred

3. Overseas Educational and/or work experience preferred

4. Service oriented and excellent client’ face-off

5. Excellent English Language capabilities (other languages are a plus, but not required).

6. Think creatively

7. Excellent presentation skills, and strong capabilities on Microsoft Office

8. Entrepreneurial: able and willing to work in a small size start-up organization where versatility is a must and where one is asked to multitask. Can take initiatives

9. High level of integrity and loyalty
