We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will

• Delivery of HSBC's digital capabilities including digital products and transactional services.

• Working with cross functional team to develop and design to improve and manage public websites

• working on the development of digitalization and enhancing customer experience , Excellent project management skills, able to work in complex environments

• Own and responsible for digital product planing & management & design, liaise on business stakeholder for requirement.

• Master digital analysis for the digital capability(including wechat, mini-program, wechat openplatform, website) analysis and support.

• Know about the digital data and analytical tools for webiste analysis and support.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements

• Very strong digital business analytical ability and problem solving skills - quickly understand internet user considerations.

• Know about the digital data and analytical tools for webiste analysis and support.

• Excellent design ability for Digital customer journey, digital insurance product protytype.

• High levels of self-motivation – able to self-manage and deliver to committed timescale.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.

• At least the experience of 5 years with internet company or e-channel of insurance company.
