职位描述
Main Role:
Based on Truck Trailer Asia business needs and marketing strategies, overall responsible for developing and implementing all the TT Asia marketing promotion activities. Leading Asia strategy & business planning process, including market research, customer segmentation and competitor intelligence
Identify the value proposition and coordinate with sales team on the go to market strategy across Asia region, Identification, evaluation and negotiation of business development opportunities with internal stakeholders across both Asia and Global organization
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build up TT Asia Marcom and communication strategy and ownership for strategy implementation base on Truck Trailer Asia business strategy and market developments.
- Drive and coordinate local region marketing for Marcom strategy implementation/ local planning/ progress monitoring/ promotions / and results improvement. Guide and training to local region marketing team for higher capability level to meet Truck Trailer business development and addressable market needs.
- HQ digital marketing strategy execution for the reach to end users, including online promotion and ecommerce.
- Serve as project owner for collateral design and production, including demo kit, customized flyer, brochure, catalogue, videos, giveaways, etc.
- Manage industry public relationship activities with government and non-government organizations to promote Carrier's leading position sustainability and green technologies in Truck Trailer Refrigeration Business.
- Work with regulatory organizations on matters related to Truck Trailer refrigeration industries in order to promote TT products, technologies and solutions.
- Development go to market strategy for key markets and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance sales priorities
· Working with Finance and Sales team to analyze key metrics for business growth
· Enabling and providing clear and concise communications on strategic topics to leadership team
· Establish automated data and analytic reports
· Drive strategic initiative and key projects for business growth
· Seeking new projects and new partners within existing and new market for inorganic growth
QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, communications and relevant majors
- A minimum 10 years work experience with at least 5 years of strategy planning and business development experience.
- Familiar with promotions for Ecommerce Sales and China Refrigeration product/market is preferred.
- Work experience in sales or business development of a multi-national company is preferred.
- Strategy thinking and planning for implementation
- Project management and negotiation skill.
- Coordination and drive for results.
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills are required.
- Demonstrated planning, organizational and facilitation skills.
- Being a fast learner with strong problem solving skills.
- Fluent English (written & oral).
- High business ethical standards.
