Job Summary:

The role entails implementing and advising line managers of HR policy relating to the staffing function and undertaking relevant HR administration services. As a support, contributing to the coordination of a common recruiting service for all China locations and other APAC countries where Gerber operated. As a business support, assist in the implementation of human resources programs.

Responsibilities:

？ Responsible for talent acquisitions and identifying strong candidates for open positions based in China、Vietnam and Cambodia. Coordinate job interviews, conduct reference checks on selected candidates and participate in the recruitment of qualified candidates to fulfill the business needs (20%)

？ Work closely with 3rd party CIIC to take responsibility for the administration in relation to employment and termination for Gerber recruited employees. (20%)

？ Communicate with employees in respect of human resources policies and procedures.

Keep abreast of the local statutory regulations and common HR practices, and provide input regarding potential enhancements to current human resources practices.(20%)

？ Organize and deliver orientation and induction sessions, training and development activities and social / teambuilding events. Maintain updated data on employee personal particulars, training records and benefits filing. (20%)

？ Be responsible for strengthening the employee communication and enhancing company culture, including supporting the Employee Clubs in SH and GZ by providing secretarial supports. (10%)

？ Contribute to implementing and maintaining the compensation & benefits system after investigation & analysis of current C&B level. (10%)

Requirements:

？ Degree holder preferably with major in business administration / Human resources.

？ Experience working for a wholly-owned foreign subsidiary will be prefer.

？ Solid track record in human resources with a min of 5 years of relevant experience gained in multinationals / sizable companies

？ Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, with ability to handle multiple tasks and with a high standard of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility

？ Strong computer skills; experience with Microsoft tools

？ Ability to build strong working relationships with managers and employees

？ Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers

？ Must have strong problem solving skills, and creativity

？ Good judgment and use of common sense and tact are extremely important

？ High proficiency in Microsoft applications and good command of spoken and written English
