3.       协助制作目的港清关资料

4.       协助制作目的港DPL和舱单

5.       申请CO

6.       熟悉使用ERP，用ERP系统申请各种款项

7.       其它需要协助事项。

8.       英语书写和口语熟练，需要日常沟通。

 

Shipping Documents Assistant

 1. Assist to do export declaration doc.

 2. Assist to do customs manifest

 3. Assist to do destination port clearance doc.

 4. Assist to do destination port DPL and manifest

 5. Apply for certificate of origin

 6. Familiar with use of ERP and make payment application form from ERP SYSTEM.

7. Other matters requiring assistance.

8. Proficient in Speaking and Writing English.
