早期发现-新药研发科学家 Discovery Biology Scientist
负责靶点调研 验证 等生物医药早期研发工作。

Responsibilities:

1. Function as a project leader or preclinical representative in a R&D project team;
Design project timeline and plan realistic milestones at different stages of project
development.
2. Design and execute pharmacology studies using internal capacity or through
collaborative partners; Draft and review pre-clinical pharmacology study reports.
3. Support Regulatory Affairs for dossier compilations and contribute to the
intellectual property estate by patent filings.
4. Due diligence or any other BD support on target/asset evaluation.

Qualification:
1. Ph.D. or M.D. in pharmacology, immunology, biology, medicine or related
discipline with deep understanding of disease biology.
2. Solid experience in in vitro or in vivo pharmacology studies, highly responsible and
accountable.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication and scientific presentation skills in
English and Chinese, with good management and interpersonal skills and teamwork
spirit.
