POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for bank/tax for Cepheid Great China entities. Include but not limited to bank payment, month-end closing, bank reconciliation, tax report submission.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Responsible for bank payment preparation and upload

2.Responsible for month-end closing steps for bank related account, and ensure proper documentation for bank voucher

3.Responsible for monthly bank reconciliation

4.Input and scan of VAT invoice

5.Preparation and submission of monthly tax report

6.Support SOX testing

7.Other ad-hoc work assigned by manager

TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)

Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience (in years):

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in accounting preferred

2.1-2 years’ working experience in accounting function

3.Good teamplayer

4.Good communication skill

Knowledge and skills:

1.Good in English for both oral and written

2.SAP experience would be a plus.
