主要职责：

1. 项目前期阶段：编制工程投资估算表，对建设项目未来发生的全部费用进行预测和估算；
2. 项目设计阶段：管理和协调设计单位和造价顾问单位，完成设计概算和施工图预算的编制和审核，建立合同框架体系；
3. 项目招标阶段：管理和协调造价顾问单位，完成各承包商的招标管理和合同管理工作。包括招标计划和招标文件的编制、标底制定、询标问卷及招标澄清答疑会议的组织、投标文件的审核及回标分析、评标报告、合同报价谈判以及正式合同的签署等；
4. 项目施工阶段：管理和协调项目管理公司和造价顾问单位，负责各承包商付款和变更的审核和谈判，每月编制造价成本分析报告和资金支付计划，建立合同和变更台账并每月更新；
5. 项目竣工结算及保修阶段：管理和协调项目管理公司和造价顾问单位，编制竣工结算书，提供造价分析报告，提供工程缺陷的造价评估和扣款意见，以及保修金付款计划。

1、建筑工程、造价、预算等相关专业大专以上学历；

2、5年以上相关工作经验，具有注册造价师资格；

3、熟练掌握相关领域工程造价管理和成本控制流程，了解相关规定和政策；

4、工作严谨，善于沟通，具备良好的团队合作精神和职业操守；

5、卓越的执行能力，学习能力和独立工作能力
