1.Handling RFQ from customers, communicating with them to ensure fully understand their requirements.

2.Selecting or developing proper suppliers to quote, working with suppliers closely to ensure accuracy of quotations. Preparing price comparison and cost estimation, negotiating with the suppliers to ensure get competitive prices.

  

根据客户询价要求选择或开发合适的供应商提供报价，和供应商充分沟通确保价格的准确性。制作比价和成本核算，和供应商议价确保获得具竞争力的价格。

  

3. Tracking project schedule and effectively communicating with both customer’s assistant and our sales manager to ensure the success of project moving forward.

  

负责项目进行客户端要员对接，有关对接内容需与销售经理以及直属主管有效沟通，并及时回复。

  

4.Responsible for following bulk orders, working with QC department closely to control product quality and ensure on time delivery.

5. Routing job for documents handling in NC system.

6. Follow up the logistics with vendors and shipping Dept., make sure the product dispatched on time, shipping schedule and cost always consider to be optimized.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above. 本科及以上学历

2.More than 2 years working experiences in retail display or exporting and importing business is preferable. 2年以上店铺道具业务跟单相关经验

3.Fluent English on the reading, writing and speaking, office software.

英语流利，读写良好。办公软件操作熟练。

4.Responsible, Organized, Careful 有责任心，有条理性，细心

5.Team player and work independently. 独立工作能力及良好的团队合作能力
