Job Description:

1. Accept and check the export booking of our vendors and do booking to the booking Agents.(Direct hand off)
2. Receive S/O and check pick-up date and gate-in date with the vendors and confirm to booking Agents.(Direct hand off)
3. Input VGM and SI /CLP to the booking Agents.(Direct hand off)
4. Make and offer Customs clearance to booking Agents on time. (Direct hand off)
5. Do importing Customs clearance for DHL and air shipment and arrange trucking to send shipment to delivery address.
6. Receive ISF copy from the vendors and to send them via system on time.
7. Update Log-net(logistics system) and collect Customs clearance doc to U.S broker .
8. To communicate with the carriers and booking agent .

Skills Required:

1.  Knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics
2. Be familiar with ocean export operations procedure
3. To be a team player
4. Standard English-both oral and written.
5. Skillful communication with internal and external clients.
6. Timely email reply manner, which shall be clear and concise at all time.

Experience and Qualifications:

1. More than 2 years working experience handling ocean export operations.
2. College degree or above
3. CET 6
