Responsibilities:

We are looking for a SAP B1 IT Manager to lead 1-2 IT Specialist and be based at our Shanghai Xintiandi Headquarters to oversee overall SAP B1 implementation and integration. Your task will include but not limited to:

-    To manage and oversee the implementation of SAP B1 for the Group’s businesses including manufacturing and             plant operations, logistics, supply chain and finance.

-    To be the contact person to work with external IT vendors. 

-    Understand the business requirements and project manage overall implementation, set up and go-live.

-    Responsible for future integration with our Commercial ERP (Magento) with SAP B1 and partner with our Magento IT      team in Germany to complete necessary integration between Magento and SAP B1.

-    Recruit and manage the IT team members, delegate and assign tasks and KPIs to team members.

-    Interact with multiple offices and plants to ensure smooth roll out and be the point of contact to resolve any IT and        ERP issues.

Qualifications:

-    At least 10yrs of SAP B1 experience, with implementation to usage and integration.

-    Strong project management experience.

-    Experience in systems implementation covering plant, supply chain, finance segments.

-    Management capability to lead a small team of 2-3 staff. 

-   Experience in building from scratch and setting up IT team.

-   Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese to deliver project updates to key management team in a          simple and easy to understand manner.

-   Hands on and exposures to work in a small team but rapidly growing company.

-   Bachelors’ degree in computer science or Information Technology / Information systems.

-   Programming/coding knowledge and experience. 

-   Experience or knowledge of Magento.
