职位介绍：

• 充分理解迪士尼文化和价值观，运用公司相关政策同时结合劳动合同法，管理员工关系案件
• 主动探寻中国市场劳动关系趋势，劳动合同法的发展和更新，提出相关改进方案

工作内容：

• 通过提供咨询、培训及案例分享的方式，加强管理经理对公司相关政策，劳动合同法的理解和运用
• 辨识员工关系案件发生的原因、趋势，并与关键合作伙伴合作提出解决方案
• 依据公司相关政策，结合劳动合同法，确保员工案件处理合法合规，避免劳动争议
• 负责评估员工关系案件，并对关键案件进行调查，并实施相关纪律处分措施
• 负责处理所辖部门员工投诉案件，并根据案件性质提出解决方案
• 独立负责与员工关系相关的项目，包括管理培训、案件调查、流程改进以及其他支持业务的项目
• 定期维护员工关系案件系统，确保相关文档完整性
• 部门经理安排的其他事宜

我们希望您：

• 具备4至6年人力资源或员工关系相关工作经验
• 具备良好的中英文书写能力以及熟练的中英文口语能力
• 具备丰富的员工关系案件调查经验，以及案件结果的预判能力
• 具备良好的沟通和应变能力
• 熟悉中国劳动法

Associate Employee Relations Manager

Line of Business: Human Resources

Location: China, Shanghai

Job Summary:

• Fully understand Disney culture and values, manage Employee Relations cases by applying relevant company policies and combining with China Labor Contract Law
• Actively explore the trend of labor relations in the Chinese market, the development and update of China Labor Contract Law, and put forward relevant improvement plans

Key Responsibilities:

• To strengthen the understanding and application of relevant policies of the company, China Labor Contract Law by providing consulting, training, and case sharing
• Identify the causes and trends of Employee Relationship cases and work with key partners to deliver solutions
• According to the relevant policies of the company, in combination with China Labor Contract Law, to ensure Employee Relations cases in a compliant way and avoid labor disputes
• Responsible for evaluating Employee Relations cases, investigating key cases, and implementing relevant disciplinary actions
• Be responsible for handling the complaint cases of employees in the supervised department, and propose solutions according to the nature of the cases
• Independently responsible for Employee Relations related projects, including management training, case investigation, process improvement, and other business support projects
• Regularly maintain Employee Relations QuickBase system to ensure data integrity
• Other works assigned by the line manager

Desired Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of work experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations
• Good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English
• Rich experience in the investigation of Employee Relations cases and ability to predict the outcome of cases
• Good communication skills and adaptability
• Familiar with China Labor Contract Law
