1. Responsible for the field service, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and users training.

 2. Responds to customer calls.Analyzes,diagnoses and troubleshoots system problems via telephone or at customer sites.

3. Travels as required for the purpose of performing service activities at customer sites.

4. Update the know-how knowledge about the company’s products and improve the service to customer

5. Prepare the regular service reports in accordance with Manager’s request.

6. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Your qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in mechanical automation,electrical, automation.

2. Good spoken and written in English.

3. At least 2 years of field service experience.

4. Experience in mechanical engineering, automation technology, electrics etc.

5. knowledge of pneumatics preferred

6. independent work combined with social and communicative competence

7. commitment, willingness to travel and flexibility

8. car driving licence preferred

9. Available passport preferred
